This article is about editing and deleting donation records that have not yet been claimed upon. If you find an error on a repayment claim that has already been submitted, the process is different and is covered in our separate article adjusting for past repayment claims

There are two methods for finding unclaimed records for amendment or deletion:

1. main list on the ‘individual donations’ page

This method works best for recently recorded donations as the records are listed in the order they were posted onto Fund Filer. A list of recently recorded donations appears underneath the main form for recording individual donations, see below. Click ‘show all’ at the top of the list if the one to be worked on is not showing. Donations are listed in the order in which they were recorded.

Two links at the far right of each row enable editing and deleting. Click the appropriate one and amend or delete as necessary. Many other types of records work in a similar way, GASDS and adjustments for example.

2. donor records

Working with records for a particular donor is often easier via this method. The 'donor summary' page for each donor lists all the donations made by that person.

Simply edit and delete records as required. Note that only unclaimed donation records can be altered or deleted.
