Types of copies available


Copies of repayment claims can be downloaded from the claims section on Fund Filer as a pdf or as a spreadsheet. This can be done at the draft stage or after a claim has been submitted.



If the claim has been submitted, both styles will give date and time of submission and submission receipt number.


Spreadsheets are more useful for manipulating data, particularly if checking information. Pdfs look nicer but are more suited to showing summary lists than detailed ones.


Copies are available in two forms:


As summary information

Gives totals claimed for each donor, with donor name and address and date of payment or last in series if there were several for that person.


As a detailed report

Gives the underlying donations making up the total for each donor. The donations are listed by donor in alphabetical order of last name.



Creating your report


This is done from the panel at the top right of the page with the heading ‘Repayment Claim’.


Reach this page as follows:


  1. Go to ‘list reclaims’ in the reclaims section 
  2. Select the claim you are interested in from the list displayed 
  3. Select ‘claim details’. A listing for that claim will be presented to you.
