You may wish to control how these funds are displayed when recording donations. Move funds up or down to change the display order.
archiving funds
Too many funds can clutter up menus, particularly if they are for an appeal that has finished. Archiving removes funds from the donation pages but they remain on the ‘Fund Setup’ page, greyed out, retaining all existing donations. You can un-archive an archived fund at any time.
fund reporting
There is a report available summarising funds by donation date. Click here for more information.
