HMRC requires a minimum of first name or initial and last name for a valid claim. Note that although Fund Filer includes a field for 'title', this is not mandatory for claiming. Therefore, do not spend large amounts of time finding out a donor's title unless you need it for other purposes such as writing to the donor. The 'title' field does not form part of the data submission when a repayment claim is sent in.
