This is usually caused by the 'donors' sheet being re-named as something else. Always keep the 'donors' sheet name as 'donors' and ensure that this sheet is populated with the next load of data to be uploaded.
Creating other sheets in the same workbook for preparation purposes should not cause a problem, but always leave the 'donors' sheet as it is.
